Custom printed items
Most of our tees and hats are printed just for you. Because of that, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom printed apparel unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made a printing mistake on our end.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives wrong or messed up, email us within 14 days of delivery at support@blackwoodtz.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund as soon as we can.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up after we’ve processed it.
